Master Scott Stedry - 7th Dan

Master Stedry is the head instructor of Eagle TKD in Frankenmuth, MI.  He has been practicing Taekwondo for over 35 years and holds the rank of 7th Dan Master black belt.  Receiving his 1st dan at Michigan Tech in 1993, he has continued his Taekwondo journey by owning and operating 5 different schools in the mid-Michigan area.  Master Stedry has trained hundreds of students throughout the years and continues to actively  promote the art of Taekwondo.

Master George Stedry - 4th Dan

Master George Stedry has been practicing Taekwondo for 15 years under the instruction of his father, Master Scott Stedry. He received his 1st dan black belt in 2016 and became a 4th Dan Master instructor in 2025 through Spartan Taekwondo. He hopes to continue to share his knowledge of the art with the students of Eagle Taekwondo, while gaining additional experience as a leader and an advanced student.

Mr. Jack RIce - 3rd DAn

Jack Rice holds the rank of 3rd Dan black belt. He has been practicing Taekwondo since he was five years old. Some of his favorite in-class activities include sparring, tornado kicks and instructing students. Jack is eligible to test for his 4th dan in the spring of 2026

 

Mr. Todd walter - 3rd DAn

Mr. Walter is one of the instructors of Eagle TKD and currently holds the rank of 3rd dan black belt. He started with this organization about 9 years ago as a white belt under Master Stedry. TKD is an important part of his life and he enjoys sharing it with others who are also interested in this art.

Mr. DAve Schmidt - 2nd DAn

Mr. Schmidt is an instructor of Eagle TKD in Frankenmuth, MI. He has been practicing Taekwondo for over 9 years and holds the rank of 2nd Dan black belt. What started as a father watching his daughter practice Taekwondo turned into a family activity. He has been instructing for over 4 years under Master Stedry. He hopes to promote the art of Taekwondo with current as well as future students.

Mr. Hetzner - 2nd DAn

I have been practicing Taekwondo for 10 years and holds the rank of 2nd Dan, which I received in spring of 2025. I enjoy the comradery our association offers and look forward to testing for my 3rd dan while continuing to learn, practice, and teach Taekwondo. I also enjoy brick and board breaking that help demonstrate the incredible force that can be generated when using proper techniques.
